otsugi Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refer to as ‘’Yotsugi’’ ) is dedicated to protecting the personal information which Yotsugi collects from the customer.
To be used our services with comfort by the customer, Yotsugi established Privacy Policy regarding to protection of personal information. Yotsugi use correctly and transact safely important personal information.
Compliance of applicable laws and regulation
Yotsugi shall be ensuring compliance with the all applicable laws and regulations (hereinafter refer to as the law) in respect of protection of personal information which Yotsugi collects from the customer.

- Collection of personal information
- When Yotsugi collects personal information from the customer，Yotsugi will notify the customer of the purpose and in necessary extent to attain the purpose, use legal and fair measures.
- Use of personal information
- When Yotsugi use personal information, except for the case applicable the law , Yotsugi don’t use personal information of the customer over necessary extent to attain the purpose.
- Disclosure of personal information to Third Parties
- Yotsugi will not disclose any personal information of the customer to third parties unless it is deemed justifiable to do so, or unless the customer consent the disclosure.
- Commission of personal information
- Yotsugi may commission the service and transaction of personal information in necessary extent to attain the purpose.In this case , the commissioned party should have capacity to control,manage and keep safe about personal information of the customer and in this case,Yotsugi should establish the contract about handling of personal information.
